We invite our couples, in Minnesota and Florida, to complete the Gottman Relationship Check-Up assessment. It is an in-depth evidance-baseed online assessment designed to evaluate the strengths and challenges in your relationship. It provides insight into key areas like communication, trust, intimacy, conflict resolution, emotional connection, and shared goals. The results offer personalized insights and roadmap to guide your therapy sessions and support your journey toward a healthier, stronger more fulfilling and connected relationship.
Premarital Counseling with Prepare/Enrich
You are a couple in Minnesota or Florida who just made the awesome decision to get married! Now you want to make sure that your relationship continues to be strong and healthy in this next chapter. You want to strengthen communication skills, learn how to better resolve conflict, identify shared goals for your future, explore your relationship strengths and continue to cultivate a feeling of togetherness. If this is you, premarital counseling, with our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, may be just what you need to strengthen your relationship.
Prepare/Enrich (P/E) is an evidence-based assessment tool that allows partners to explore their strengths, growth areas, and learn skills in areas such as: communication, conflict resolution, relationship satisfaction, financial management, stress, and family and friends. Additionally participating in premarital counseling qualifies engaged couples for a discount on their Minnesota marriage license.
